All catered events are subject to a 23% management charge. 11.5% Of this management charge attributable to food and non -alcoholic beverages is distributed to the employees who perform services in connection with the catered event. The remaining 11.5% of this management charge is the sole property of the food/beverage service company or the venue owner. Food and beverages are subject to all current and applicable local and state sales tax.
